Where your data is

Your game data is saved on your own device, and a copy is kept in your Rope Rush account on Google Firebase (a guest account, or the account you logged in with):

• Coins and coin history
• Level progress and daily reward streak
• Your avatar, player name and Friend Code
• Your friends list and recent players
• Settings such as music and sound

The account also holds your email address (only if you logged in), your login method, your Facebook user ID for this game (only if you connected Facebook), friend requests, invite records and a random device identifier used to stop reward abuse.

Delete your account and cloud data

• In the game: open Settings, go to Account, and tap Delete my account, then confirm. This deletes your account, your cloud save, your public player card, your Friend Code link, your Facebook friends link, your friend requests and your friendships, right away. If the game asks you to log in again first, that is a safety check: log out, log in, and tap Delete again.
• Without the game: ask through growstation.in and write the email you logged in with (or your Friend Code). We will delete the account and its data and let you know when it is done.

Guest accounts that you never log in to hold no personal details. Deleting the data on your device (below) does not delete the cloud copy; use the steps above for that.

Delete the data on this device

You can delete the game data on your device yourself, at any time, in any of these ways:

• In the game: open Settings, go to Data, and tap Reset. This deletes your coins, levels, avatar, friends list and settings from this device.
• In your browser (if you play on the website): clear the site data for this game in your browser settings.
• In the Android app (once it is on the Play Store): uninstall the app, or clear its storage in your phone's app settings.

Deleted data cannot be brought back, unless you made a backup code in Settings before deleting.

Online play

When you play on two phones or in an online room, your player name, character, colour and Friend Code are shared with the other players in that room so the game can work. We do not store your matches. Other players may still have your name in their own recent players list on their device.
